Pal Locale is an online community of Pals available for rent by the hour. Rent a Pal for anything you desire, whether it is to join you for dinner during a solo business trip, show you around the new town you just moved to or teach you a new language or skill. Pals are compensated for their time at the hourly rates posted in their profiles. You may choose to rent a Pal, be a Pal available for rent or both.

Mike Podhorzer
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mike graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2004, earning a Bachelors of Science in Finance. After working in various financial services positions, his entrepreneurial juices began flowing and the idea to build an online community of pals available for rent by the hour was born in 2010. In recent years, he has developed a passion for photography and posing in front of beautiful scenery. Aside from crunching numbers and playing around with spreadsheets, Mike enjoys baseball, Stewie Griffin and eating falafel, and may be found rocking out at a concert in New York City.
